For You Own Images:  Art Print Express is run by Michelle Leivan, a working artist and giclée master printer, who fully understands what you expect when creating an acceptable giclée print of your files. Every print is personally inspected for color accuracy and quality before it is shipped.

How do I order?

This part is supper easy! You can click here to upload your own file and place your order online and follow the step by step instructions. If you want to order an artist print that is offered on the site, simply navigate to the piece you desire and select the options available. From there you can choose to buy just the print or you can choose to have it framed before it is shipped. 

What canvas options are available?

There are 4 types of canvas mounting options available. There is the Canvas Mounted on Panel, Canvas Gallery Wrapped on Stretchers, and Canvas Mirror Wrapped on Stretchers and the Canvas Museum Wrapped on Stretchers. Stretcher bars are available in ¾” and 1” deep. To learn more about each option go to “About Mediums/Paper” section on the site.

What size photo is acceptable?

Please go to our information page “Megapixels Explained” where there is detailed information about what to expect with various file sizes and resolutions.

Will my photo colors appear slightly different?

Probably not, our equipment is designed to handle the general photo profiles from most digital cameras and the color result is excellent. However, if you are concerned with the color we do have a proofing process that is available. Please go to “Getting Started” for full information on the digital process.

What frames are available?

Art Print Express has a full range of framing options. When you click the “Frame It” button your artwork will be transferred to the visual frame design software that will allow you to custom design your frame to match your work and décor right from your desktop.

 What shipping options are available?

We offer FedEx ground shipping for all items. Shipping cost is $9.99 for prints and you get FREE shipping with any item that is framed. If you have any special needs for service please call us or email us for more information.

Orders are generally delivered in 7-10 business days. Production times may vary due to which medium and/or frames are ordered.  We want to insure that your product is of the highest quality so we do take the extra time to make sure it’s perfect.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return for a replacement or refund provided the item is returned within (30) days from the date the piece is received and meets our Return Policy and Restrictions.

Will my information be private?

Art Print Express respects your privacy and we are committed to respecting your information and privacy on this site. In order to provide our services, we will require information (including address and credit card information) regarding our users. You may receive emails periodically from Art Print Express and our respected partners with information and special offers. We will maintain the confidentiality of information provided in accordant with our Privacy Policy. We may change this policy from time to time and if we do we will provide notice on this website regarding any changes to this policy.

Will my credit card be secure?

Art Print Express uses a secure server in all the transactions that hold sensitive information. A secure server guarantees the privacy of data transmitted through the Internet, including credit card information through a SSL protocol that encrypts the information. We also use PayPal which guarantees your transaction to be secure.

Can I reprint any photo?

The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of a photograph the exclusive right to reproduce the photograph. This includes the right to control the making of copies. If your photograph was taken by a professional photographer, you may need to obtain a release.  You are solely responsible for copyright issues. By uploading the image, you agree to personally own the copyright to the image being uploaded or have obtained permission to reproduce the image.

Regarding the Artist Collection, Art Print Express has obtained reproduction copyright from each of the artists represented.
